DEVELOPMENT OF ICT

Willandra Primary School has placed emphasis on improving ICT access and improved delivery of classroom programs to enhance student engagement. In 2014, Interactive Whiteboards were purchased for ECE classrooms. There are 20 interactive whiteboards in the school.

Planning is in place to improve internet access across the school as the SOE4 upgrades are still not available to the school. Wireless activity is minimal and this affects the use of iPads and mobile computers. A school website, School APP and a school Facebook page is used to improve communication with the community.
